permission-no-role
Default: warning
A table permission has no web role, or only references web roles that don’t exist in the site or are inactive.
A Parent scope (child) permission with no web role of its own is not reported: it takes the roles of its parent permission, which is how the design studio creates child permissions. If the parent chain gives it no role, parent-chain-broken reports it instead.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”A table permission only grants access to the web roles it is associated with. Without one it does nothing, which usually means a role assignment was lost.
How to fix
Section titled “How to fix”Associate the permission with the intended web roles (adx_entitypermission_webrole), activate the role if it was deactivated by mistake, or delete the permission if it’s no longer needed.
